Given the unfolding situation relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), We wanted to provide an update about the plans we have in place to ensure that we continue to maintain our high level of service to partners.
Probax has been monitoring developments relating to COVID-19 closely, and the health and well-being of our employees, partners and suppliers remains the utmost importance to us. After much consideration, Probax is moving to a remote workforce until further notice. As a cloud company, we are extremely agile so this will be business as usual for our partners.
All ten of our availability zones across Australia, USA and Canada remain fully operational and we continue to work closely with our data centre and public cloud providers to minimize any impact on day-to-day operations.
For seeds and emergency restores, please continue to follow our standard procedures. Our staff will be notified when seed drives are delivered to our offices and we will ensure that these are processed as soon as possible.
We would like to thank you for your support and understanding and will continue to keep you updated regarding any developments that will impact our day-to-day operations and/or services.
